We understand that sometimes plans change! This policy explains how you can cancel your order with us.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please inform us quickly if you wish to cancel, so we can stop the shipment.

Repeated cancellations or fake orders may result in blocking COD option for future purchases.
