📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day
🚚 Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days
- Delivery may take longer in remote areas or due to courier delays
📌 Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
💰 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and quantity
- Free shipping may be available on selected offers/orders
📌 Any promotional shipping offer can be withdrawn at any time without notice
📍 Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers must provide complete and accurate address details
- We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability
📌 In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
📞 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- COD orders are verified via WhatsApp or call
- Orders may require a partial advance payment for confirmation
- Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled
📌 Repeated COD order rejections may lead to permanent blocking
❌ Order Cancellation (Shipping Stage)
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- If customer refuses delivery:
- Future orders may be restricted
- Customer may be required to prepay only
🔁 RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If a parcel is returned due to:
- Customer not available
- Customer refused delivery
- Incorrect address
Then:
- Re-shipping will be done only after prepaid payment
- Additional shipping charges will apply

- Courier partners
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- High order volume periods
📦 Packaging
- All products are securely packed before dispatch
- Any damage must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video
