Return & Refund Policy – Jyoti Garments

At Jyoti Garments, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you face any issue, please read our policy carefully.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

📌 Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

📌 An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
(No video = no return, strictly)


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do NOT accept returns in the following cases:

  • Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color/design variation (due to lighting/stock variation)
  • Products without original packaging/tags

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items
  • Exchange will be processed after product verification
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible, otherwise customer must ship the item

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refund is processed only if:
    • Replacement is not available, OR
    • Order is prepaid and item is out of stock
  • Refund will be issued:
    • To original payment method (for prepaid)
    • As store credit (in some cases)

⏳ Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of returns, ₹100–₹150 deduction may apply (handling & logistics)

📦 COD Orders

  • Orders may require partial advance payment
  • Fake or unconfirmed COD orders will be cancelled

⚠️ Important Note

Due to high demand and limited stock designs, some products may have slight variations. This is not considered a defect.
