At Jyoti Garments, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you face any issue, please read our policy carefully.
✅ Return Eligibility
You can request a return only if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
📌 Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
📌 An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
(No video = no return, strictly)
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
We do NOT accept returns in the following cases:
- Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Minor color/design variation (due to lighting/stock variation)
- Products without original packaging/tags
🔄 Exchange Policy
- We offer exchange only for defective or wrong items
- Exchange will be processed after product verification
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible, otherwise customer must ship the item
💰 Refund Policy
- Refund is processed only if:
- Replacement is not available, OR
- Order is prepaid and item is out of stock
- Refund will be issued:
- To original payment method (for prepaid)
- As store credit (in some cases)
⏳ Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of returns, ₹100–₹150 deduction may apply (handling & logistics)
📦 COD Orders
- Orders may require partial advance payment
- Fake or unconfirmed COD orders will be cancelled

Due to high demand and limited stock designs, some products may have slight variations. This is not considered a defect.
